Please read the information in this document carefully to avoid any delay in the processing of your reservation. Please make a copy for your records.
In addition to the signed agreement, your non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit and agreement must be received 90 days before the day of the event in order to secure the reservation.
Friendship Ventures Conference & Retreat Centers reserves the right to cancel reservations due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather such as subzero temperatures and blizzards. If this is decided, a member of our staff will contact your group leader and inform them of the decision. Every effort will be made to reschedule the reservation. However, if that is not possible, your deposit will be refunded.
The balance of payment for your visit is due within 30 days of departure. Friendship Ventures accepts payments in the form of a check or online payment by major credit card. Please indicate your reservation number on any check when making payment.
Please Note: Tax exempt organizations, including non-profits, are required to pay Minnesota State Sales Tax on food and lodging.
